Dental, Hearing and Vision
BlueCare Plus members get $3,900 a year to use for select dental, hearing and vision services. BlueCare Plus Select members get $3,000 a year and BlueCare Plus Choice members get $3,300 a year for select hearing and vision services.
OTC Items, Healthy Food & Housing Utilities
BlueCare Plus members get $230 a month to use on over-the-counter (OTC) items, healthy food and housing utilities. BlueCare Plus Select members get $300 a month for OTC items, healthy food and housing utilities. BlueCare Plus Choice members get $280 for OTC items and healthy food and $100 a month for housing utilities.
Transportation
BlueCare Plus members get 150 free, one-way rides a year to help you get to the doctor or pharmacy. BlueCare Plus Choice and BlueCare Plus Select members get 60 free, one-way rides.
Chiropractic Services
All BlueCare Plus Tennessee members get 20 visits per year for routine chiropractic services at no additional cost.
Meal Delivery
BlueCare Plus members get 28 meals delivered to your home after a qualifying inpatient stay at a hospital or skilled nursing facility. BlueCare Plus Choice and BlueCare Plus Select members get 56 meals.
Care Team
Get a care team that’s there for you. We can help answer questions about your plan, set up your doctor visits and be a listening ear when you need it.
Getting the drugs you need
See if your drugs are covered, have them delivered to your home and talk to a pharmacist one-on-one.
