Dental, Hearing and Vision

All our plans include dental, hearing and vision coverage. You’ll get a yearly dental allowance, an allowance for glasses or contact lenses, and hearing aids.

OTC Items and Healthy Food

You’ll get a monthly allowance for OTC items. And if you qualify, you can use it on healthy food, too.

Transportation

Our plans include 100 one-way rides to plan-approved locations.

Fitness Program

You’ll get a free standard fitness program. You can get access to gyms and fitness centers, plus online exercise videos.

$0 Copays for Select Drugs

You’ll pay $0 for certain drugs included in our Select Care Drugs category. Learn more about drug costs in our drug list.

Chiropractic Services

You’ll get up to 20 visits per year for routine chiropractic services.
