You’ll get a monthly allowance for healthy food , over-the-counter (OTC) items and rides to plan-approved locations through Uber Health.
$0 Copays for Generic Preferred Drugs
You’ll have a $0 copay for generic preferred drugs. These drugs are listed under the “Tier 1” category in our covered medication list (also called a formulary).
Fitness & Chiropractic Services
You’ll get access to a free fitness program. And you’ll get up to 20 visits per year for routine chiropractic services, covered at no extra cost to you.
Meal Delivery
You’ll get meals delivered to your home after a qualifying inpatient stay at a hospital or skilled nursing facility. This helps you focus on what matters — your health.
Care Team
Get a care team that’s there for you. We can help answer questions about your plan, set up your doctor visits and be a listening ear when you need it.
